Petitioner is accused in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016 registered under Sections 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 6 litres of illegal liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 85 years and he has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 08.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
