JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 (S.T. Excise No. 396 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in assaulting the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-
