====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Akshay Lal Pandit, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Having perused the allegation made in the FIR, I find that the alleged recovery is made from the garage of the petitioner and there are independent witnesses, who are witnesses to the seizure list, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail at this stage.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
