Petitioner seeks bail in Excise case No.1519 of 2018 arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No.310 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 39(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 25 litres illicit Mahua liquor has been recovered from the bag. The person, who were carrying the bag, told their names as Madan Paswan and Raju Pandit. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
