Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S.Case No. 246 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act. On secret information a raid was conducted and petitioner was apprehended with one country made loaded pistol. He claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.62531 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 246 of 2021.
