Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2016 in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2012 registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and driving out the informant from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full honour and dignity. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph- 15 of the petition. 5.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
