2. This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 06.01.2020 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 685 of 2017, whereby the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur took cognizance under Section 147, 148, 149, 353, 186, 307, 427, 153 (A), 153(B), 505 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners may raise their points at the time of framing of the charges.

4. With this observation, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
