Since both the orders do not suffer from any kind of infirmities and it is accepted position that petitioner was not shouldering the responsibility as a Sahaika at the centre in question, whatever be the dispute between her and the Sevika, the object and purpose for such engagement on contract is not being achieved. That being so and especially when no legal infirmity having been pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner, writ application is dismissed.
