The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Sessions Judge Incharge, Rohtas at Sasaram, vide A.B.P. No. 913 of 2015 in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 by an order dated 5.5.2014, on the ground that it was a misappreciation of facts that the Opposite Party No. 2 was granted bail.
