The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that co-accused Chhatish Singh fired from the rifle causing injury to the informant and his wife. There is general allegation against the petitioner that he has also fired. It is mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The other co-accused has been granted bail by the lower court. This petitioner is the son of main accused Chhatish Singh. The written report itself shows that there is specific

Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the Court below to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015.
