The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/504/427/379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged against the petitioners that they resorted to fire but no injury was caused to anyone. They also put the houses of the informant and Kari Devi on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest that actually the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33131 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 houses of the informant and Kari Devi were put on fire. The accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, it is a case for consideration of regular bail of the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.109 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
