Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were friends of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Mithlesh Jha has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Investigation against these petitioners has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Naugachia, District Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial no. 576/2015 arising
