JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Director, Primary Education, it is stated that apart from the pension and gratuity which are admitted by the petitioner to have been paid, the remaining retiral dues under different heads have been paid to the petitioner after his superannuation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position.

In the above circumstances, the writ application is dismissed.
