Petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered under Sections 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The recovered Ganja comes under the category of small quantity. Charge has already been framed in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
