The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Trial No.2709 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No.1800 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the nature of allegation and the defence taken by the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., East Muzaffafrpur, District-
