Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2804 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that some unknown thief stol his motorcycle, when it was parked near the boundary of the Buxar Railway Station.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. He is not named in FIR. Nothing has been recovered from his possession or his house. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.
