Patna High Court L.P.A No.957 of 2023 dt.26-02-2024 2/2 challenging an order which gave liberty to approach the court of competent jurisdiction. In fact, it was on a request made by the learned counsel for the appellants-petitioners, the learned single Judge passed the order.

2. We specifically put a question to the learned counsel who appears in the appeal, who also appeared in the writ petition, as to whether he had made such a request. When he answered in the negative, we specifically asked him to show us the averment in the appeal memorandum, where he has specifically denied such a request having been made. The learned counsel was unable to show us any such averment.

3. We hence find absolutely no reason to entertain the appeal. The appeal stands dismissed.
