JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that while the assailants were fleeing away from the place of occurrence, they were uttering the names of Changla Ali (petitioner) and one Bauwa. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with
