Petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366A/34 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she herself had called this petitioner on telephone. She was in love with him. She has performed marriage with him in Durga Temple. She has stated her age as 20 years.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69036 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
