This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is 77 years old mother-in-law of the deceased, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed.
