JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Seen the report submitted by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Purnia. Gone through the same. The format of the order contains with the P.S. Case number which the lower Court should have seen. When there happens to be specific direction of the Superior Court, then in that event, that order should be treated on priority basis. Had there been sincere effort, no such kind of lapses would have been visualized. As such, with a warning to the District & Sessions Judge, Purnia to be sincere towards the order having been passed by the High Court containing certain direction, to be complied with on priority basis without causing undue delay, the explanation is accepted.
