The petitioner and the O.P. No.2 are present in Chambers today, as per the earlier direction. In view of the fact that conjugal life of O.P. No.2 has been restored and the parties are living together in peace and harmony, as has been submitted today in Chambers, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30343 of 2015 (6) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Complaint Case No.851 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
