No.30343 of 2015 (6) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Complaint Case No.851 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is made clear that if at all there is any untoward incident leading to disruption of family life, it shall be open to O.P. No.2 to approach this Court or the court below for appropriate orders.
