ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 448, 323 and 307352, 307, 438, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Explosive Substance Act and Unlawful Activities Act. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner's name has been brought in the present case only on the basis of suspicion and no body has seen the occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is a student and is being prosecuted for no fault of his, which will spoil his career. Considering the aforementioned vague nature of allegation and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30427 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
