Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2016 in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 799 of 2015 registered under Sections 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abduction of the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a business man runs a medial shop and he has not committed any offence of abduction. Further, the occurrence took place on 27.09.2015 and after lapse of seven days, F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown. There is nothing against this petitioner. Moreover, the victim is said to have been a married lady and on her sweet will, she had gone to the Naihar of her Bhabhi i.e. in village-Kathmaliya.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
