Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36114 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52586 of 2022(4) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.
