JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 13-09-2024 The petitioner was concerned with the completion of a road to a primary school of which only 300 metres had to be completed.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed from which paragraph no. 12 is noticed:- "That it is further submitted that as soon as the approved DPR will be made available the further and necessary steps such as invitation of Notice inviting Tender, Execution of Agreement will be processed."

3. In view of the undertaking we dispose of the writ petition recording the undertaking of the State. We make it clear that the work would be carried out expeditiously.
