Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 384, 120(B) & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present dispute arose on account of the fact that Manrega work had been stopped at the instance of Mukhiya of the village.
Considering the nature of allegation made against this petitioners, and also the fact that the Mukhiya in question who was also facing similar prosecution has been extended privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 25-07-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53387 of 2013, let the petitioner, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33189 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2 / 2 event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri M. K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
