JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the IPC. Petitioner happens to be own brother of injured and allegedly, he gave spade blow causing injury on the forehead of injured due to land dispute.
The impugned order goes to show that the injury was found grievous in nature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of detention of the petitioner, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
