The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant's share of land has been transferred by Basanti Devi in favour of coaccused Prasadi Yadav. On the sale deed co-accused Ramchandra Yadav signed as identifier and Gauri Devi was witness.
Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against Basanti Devi, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31021 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
