Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur G.R. P.S. Case No. 134 2018 (G.R. No. 138 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that on seeing police he tried to fled away but he was apprehended and from his possession one scissor and blade was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.
