The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. The allegations are by way of over implication.
Keeping in view the allegations and after perusal of the case diary, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail,
