Petitioner seeks bail in Mohania P.S. Case No.67 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of transformer from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Sharda Prasad Singh.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48813 of 2019(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.67 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
