The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Masarakh P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 324, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 namely Usha Devi has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned.

No.9521 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 So far as petitioner no.2 namely Chandan Singh @ Chandan Kumar Singh is concerned, he has assaulted the injured, who was thus sustained simple injury. There is case and counter case between the parties with regard to trivial dispute. Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner no.2, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. (VI) Saran at Chapra in connection with Masarakh P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
