2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 992 of 1995 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order of this Court dated 26.08.2011.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the prayer

Patna High Court MJC No.1676 of 2015 dt.28-09-2016 for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 992 of 1995 is restored to its original file subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- [one thousand) to be deposited before the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna and furnishing a receipt thereof.
