Perusal of para 2 to 9, it is as usual file was moving from one office to another office. Such reasons to condone the enormous delay of about 201 days is not permissible in the light of our order dated 25.07.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 51 of 2021 in which we have taken note of number of decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court insofar as

Patna High Court L.P.A No.622 of 2021 dt.31-07-2024 2/2 filing of belated litigation on behalf of the State. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02 of 2024 for condonation of delay of about 201 days stands rejected. Resultantly, L.P.A. No. 622 of 2021 stands dismissed. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.
