Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to file an appeal before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patna City, Patna (respondent no. 5) within a period of four weeks and if the petitioner files the appeal within the aforesaid period, the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing
