JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 4776(C) of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In this case earlier vide order dated 09.08.2019 petitioner has to deposit Rs. 55 lacs by way of bank draft to the opposite party no.2 as one time settlement and on that, complainant agreed to withdraw the Complaint case No. 4776(C) of 2018. Case is under Section 498A of IPC. Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48783 of 2019(4) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 that the amount has already been deposited and complaint case has already been withdrawn and a divorce petition under Section 13-B has also been filed.

Heard both sides, in view of the submission of the complainant that complaint case has already been withdrawn, this application is disposed of.
