The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegation have emanated out of family dispute and the altercation ensued has led to the lodging of the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three
