JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State and learned counsel for the informant. In compliance of the order dated 20.07.2022, the petitioner and the informant are physically present in the Court along with their respective counsels.

It has been jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant in presence of the petitioner and the informant that both of them are residing together at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) and today they have come together.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event

No.52970 of 2019(6) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. At this stage, the learned counsel for the parties again jointly submitted that from the side of the informant, the present case and one more criminal case has been instituted against the petitioner and from the side of the petitioner one criminal case in Jamshedpur has been instituted against the informant and her family members, as such the petitioner and the informant who are present in the Court submit that they will be withdrawing the cases filed against each other and thus will not pursue the cases against each other.

The Court expects that the undertaking given by the petitioner and the informant in person will be adhered to. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
