The petitioner no. 1 apprehends his arrest in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 459, 324, 307, 498(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 submits that petitioner no.1, namely, Sanjay Kumar has surrendered during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as above named petitioner
