The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muhammadpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern neither with the alleged motorcycle from where the alleged recovery has been made nor with the alleged illicit liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62954 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Muhammadpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
