Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 registered under Sections- 392, 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that three miscreants entered into the Bank and snatched the bag containing Rs. 4,10,520/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor has been put on Test Identification Parade. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2016 and 08.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 28788/2016 and 30765/2016 respectively. Petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52945 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 is in custody since 17.09.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015.
