This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father-in-law and elder brother of the husband of the victim girl. Allegation is that death for dowry was committed by the husband and other in-laws of Beauty Kumari, the sister of the informant. The husband is already in custody and female members of the family have already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court. The petitioners are in custody since 26.08.2016. Petitioner no. 1 is aged about 67 years. Perused the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahesh Khut P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, or successor Court.
