The learned AC to AAG-12 at the outset submits that the petitioners have rushed to the Court without availing his alternative remedy before the BLT, on which the learned for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the BLT for seeking relief claimed

4. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. In the event, if any application is filed before the BLT on or before 10.12.2024 and issue of limitation arises, in that event, the learned BLT shall keep in mind that the petitioners was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 2021.
