JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner, co-accused Dinesh Sahani, Vikki Sahani, Dilip Sahani and Pintu Sahani wrongfully confined the informant and thereafter co-accused Dinesh Sahani and Dilip Sahani assaulted him with knife and sword. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actual accusation of assault is not levelled against petitioner and there is no injury report of the informant on record. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner abused the informant by calling caste name and he

In view of this Court, it is case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Patna.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
