Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report reveals that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused, Chandra Shekhar Kumar Singh @ Madeshar. The allegation is that theft was committed in the Aashram of which the brother of the informant was Care Taker.

Submission of the petitioners is that the police has dragged the name of the petitioners in some other cases also, which were registered against unknown. The petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2016 and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53203 of 2016 (4) dt.11-01-2017 of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumraon (N.B.) P.S.
