By order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 7103 of 2020 the petitioner along with two others were granted anticipatory bail. However, due to pandemic the petitioner could not surrender within the time granted by this Court. In the aforesaid circumstances, for the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7103 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioner may surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
