By way of this application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i. To direct the Respondents for providing the certified copy of Registered Case No. 474/6161 forthwith, wherein the rent fixation in Form M bearing Do. No.635 dated 28.01.1960 was done by the State Government on the name of Late

Patna High Court CWJC No.12061 of 2023(3) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 Dhanukdhari Singh S/o Late Deep Narayan Singh who happens to be the grandfather of the petitioner, as the certified copy of the aforementioned Registered Case No. 474 of 60-61 wherein the rent fixation in Form M bearing Do. No. 635 dated 28.01.1960 is mandatory for the disposal of Partition Suit No.23 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dalsinghsarai.

ii. To command and direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner adequately for the litigation expenses incurred by the petitioner for the latches and faults of the respondents and for the agony cause to the petitioner by imposing heavy costs on the respondents.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Samastipur to supply the certified copy of Registered Case No. 474/60-61 within a month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.
