In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 204 of 2013, arising from Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 7608 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 18.04.2016, rejected the same.

This Court does not find any merit in the present case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50841 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
