Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Sugauli (Bettiah) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Eighty bottles of foreign liquor was recovered, which was informed to be of the petitioner on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused and the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
